Cambodian Woman Healed! By Daniel Vogel Sr. Elder DOVE Christian Fellowship Lebanon On May 7, 2017, we got to witness a woman in our church by the name of Nem miraculously healed by God. She had not been in church for the last two weeks, because she was in extreme back pain; the pain was going down into leg and up into her head. We had prayed for her in church and after the service I felt led by the Lord to go over to her house to anoint her with oil and to pray over her. I wanted my wife, Jen to come along, so I said something to her and she was feeling the same way. I also said something to Nem’s two daughters, Sopha and Thyda and they also were sensing the same thing. When we arrived at her home they called for her and she came downstairs barely able to walk and sat down at the table. You could tell that she was in extreme pain and very tired of not getting her proper rest. Nem is a woman in her late 60’s, but because of what she was going through she looked as if she was in her 80’s. My wife, her two daughters, her husband, Chey, myself and even her two great grandchildren laid hands on her to pray over her and anointed her with some kitchen oil. Thyda was holding her left hand, my wife her right hand and Sopha was laying hands on her from behind. After we got done praying for her I asked her how she was feeling, but there was not much difference. Thyda who was holding her right hand, said her hand got cold. Sopha who was behind her felt led to pray again, so we prayed again believing God for a miraculous healing. After we prayed over her the second time I asked her how she was feeling and she was actually feeling better. At this point I asked her to get up and walk around the kitchen island. You could tell she was walking better. When she came back she was still in some pain, but this time while she was standing-up we laid hands on her again to pray over her. This time Sopha who was in back-of-her had her arms around her underneath her armpits. My wife was holding her right hand and Thyda was holding her left hand. We prayed for her head and the pain left her head from her left temple out through her right ear. This seemed unusual which my guess is that Satan was inflicting her. We continued to pray and believe God for total healing. As we continued to pray she fell out under the power of God while the ladies were holding her hands and holding her up from behind. Afterwards they said they could barely hold her up even though she is rather light. After she came too I had her walk around the kitchen island once again and as she walking she started smiling you could tell that God had healed her. After several times around the island she came back to the table. I question her to see if she had any more pain and she did not. God had totally healed her. Praise God for His healing power. Nem is an incredible woman of God with such a simple faith. Her daughter, Sopha told us that she goes into the basement, which is not the most desirable place to be and spends several hours praying and seeking the Lord. Several months back she came to me asking, if she could have some oil, so she could anoint her husband, Chey at home who was having some pain in his side. Sue Martin who was ministering at our church with her husband, Nelson I asked her to pray with me over the oil. I then gave the oil to her to take home and anoint her husband. The next Sunday her husband who never comes to church was in church and has been coming to church ever since. When we prayed for Nem’s back what was also exciting was that her husband even said a short prayer over her. We praise God that He is moving in her life and the life of her family. We continue to believe God for the Cambodia community that God is going to get ahold of their lives and bring them into the Kingdom of God.
